- Embracing AI: Historically, TrinDocs’ legacy systems relied on templates. Now, with AI, there’s no need for that, as the company uses AI to pull information off of documents and machine learning to identify user patterns for continual improvements. Prichard notes, “Our stated goal out of the gate and implementation is to eliminate 80 percent of a client’s manual data entry, and we do that, and AI and machine learning are up in that dramatically, very quickly, 80 percent.”
