Microsoft Ignite is an annual conference hosted by Microsoft, primarily attended by developers, IT professionals, and partners. The conference also serves as a platform for Microsoft to announce major updates and new features across its product lineup, making it a significant event for anyone involved in the tech industry. Microsoft Ignite 2024 took place from November 18 to November 22, 2024, in Chicago, Illinois.
Believe it or not, approximately 150 new features and updates were announced this year 2024 at Microsoft Ignite, for Microsoft Fabric alone. Digesting all of these updates is hard work, but here is my list of favorite updates announced at Microsoft Ignite. Here we go!
